This website does not collect any information whatsoever. 3rd party links on the site might.
RWCC does not collect any personal data from its site users, there is no login to the site and we do not monitor or track anybody who views the site. The only place we collect any information is on the page to review an album and that is just used to acknowledge receipt of the review and match to an existing reviewer - it is not kept.
If a user chooses to email Rick or the site, their email address is retained purely for the purpose of replying to the email and is deleted once a reply has been sent. We do not maintain any mailing list of email addresses.
Furthermore, we have now removed all Facebook "Like" and Twitter "Tweet" buttons from the site - although we have never used any information relating to their usage, we acknowledge recent events with privacy concerns and therefore took the decision to remove them.
To make this site work properly, we sometimes place small data files called cookies on your device. Most big websites do this too.
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. It enables the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language, font size and other display preferences) over a period of time, so you don’t have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to the site or browse from one page to another.
How to control cookies
You can control and/or delete cookies as you wish – for details, see aboutcookies.org. You can delete all cookies that are already on your computer and you can set most browsers to prevent them from being placed. If you do this, however, you may have to manually adjust some preferences every time you visit a site and some services and functionalities may not work.
