No Earthly Connection is one of the greatest albums ever produced. Its idea that music's at the heart of the human soul makes it a brilliant piece. It's dated by today's standards, but surpasses today's music. More than just music, it is religion, and like very few artistes has managed to show incredible insight into human existance.
